About the Ro leWe're looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered contract intelligence product s.You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to architect, develop, and scale intelligent applications that combine modern AI capabilities with enterprise-grade software engineerin g. As one of the early engineers on this team, you wi ll:Design, build, and maintain Agentic AI-powered applications across the full sta ck.Develop intelligent workflows using modern agentic framewor ks.Architect scalable backend services and user-facing applicatio ns.Build reliable integrations with enterprise systems and cloud infrastructu re.Drive engineering best practices, technical strategy, and architectural decisio ns.Define success metrics and continuously improve product performan ce.Partner directly with leadership and product teams to deliver customer val ue.Take ownership of major technical initiatives from concept through producti on. Required Qualificat ionsExperi ence4+ years of professional experience building AI-powered software products (8+ years preferred for senior candidat es).Experience working in a SaaS startup or other fast-paced product environm ent.Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environme nts.Daily experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Codex, or simi lar. Technical S killsStrong proficiency in Py thon.Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL prefer red).Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar provi ders.Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or Aut oGen.Experience designing and deploying production AI applicat ions.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development pract ices.Experience with containerization and cloud platforms, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Plat form.Understanding of LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observabi lity.Experience training or fine-tuning models is a plus. Edu cationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical exper ience.
