Agentic AI / ML Software Engineer

Location: Jersey City, NJ / Plano, TX Employment Type: W2 Only Local Candidates Preferred Job Description We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI / ML Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing Agentic AI applications , building production-ready ML models, and leveraging cloud platforms to deliver scalable AI solutions. Required Qualifications 8+ years of overall Software Engineering experience. Hands-on experience implementing Agentic AI solutions in production environments. Strong programming experience in Python or Java. Solid experience with Machine Learning frameworks and tools. Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Investment Banking or Financial Services experience. KYC (Know Your Customer) domain experience. Strong AWS experience. Hands-on technical leadership experience. Responsibilities Design, develop, train, and deploy large-scale AI/ML models for enterprise applications. Build and optimize Agentic AI workflows and orchestration frameworks. Develop prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications. Deploy and manage AI workloads on cloud platforms. Build scalable distributed AI systems using technologies such as Kubernetes, Ray, or Slurm. Implement MLOps best practices including MLflow, model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management. Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
