Agentic AI Solution Architect

The Role You sit at the intersection of Agentic AI capabilities, enterprise system integration, and customer business transformation. This is a highly technical, customer-facing solutioning role, rather than an isolated prototyping position. You will act as the critical bridge between our advanced AI labs and our global clients. Your job is to translate cutting-edge multi-agent systems and cognitive architectures into scalable, secure, and deeply integrated realities for complex enterprise environments. You are highly technical, but your true passion is seeing the tangible, measurable impact of your architectures on a client's bottom line. Job Responsibilities Customer Solutioning & Architecture: Architect comprehensive Agentic AI solutions that seamlessly integrate advanced LLMs and specialized agents with existing enterprise IT systems, databases, and workflow tools. Agentic Workflow & Multi-Agent Design: Translate complex business processes into autonomous digital workflows. Define architecture patterns for single and multi-agent systems, including task planning, role-based delegation, tool utilization, memory retention, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Enterprise Integration Strategy: Design secure, robust data pipelines and API strategies bridging modern AI orchestrators with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Snowflake, Databricks). Drive Customer Transformation: Lead technical discovery workshops and deep-dive architecture reviews with client executives and engineering leaders. Translate AI hype into structural reality, building confidence in agentic adoption. AI Governance & Guardrails: Define solution-level frameworks for security, data privacy, access control, auditability, hallucination mitigation, and robust model evaluation. POC to Production Shaping: Convert ambiguous business opportunities into concrete Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot scopes, defining clear success criteria, technical dependencies, and implementation roadmaps. GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in United States is 150K to 180K, and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
