AI Agent Engineer

Job Details: AI Agent Engineer Hybrid onsite Enterprise AI Transformation Our client is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to help drive enterprise AI initiatives across operations, reporting, compliance, finance, and business solutions teams. This is a highly visible role focused on designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, intelligent agents, and automation solutions that create measurable business impact across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong business and technology experience with hands-on expertise delivering enterprise AI solutions in complex environments. Responsibilities Design and implement AI agent workflows including RAG, multi-step agents, tool orchestration, and AI-powered automation solutions Partner with business, operations, compliance, finance, and technology teams to identify high-value AI use cases Lead AI initiatives from concept through production deployment and continuous improvement Serve as product owner for internal AI solutions including roadmap, prioritization, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance decision-making Define KPIs, ROI metrics, and adoption measurements for AI initiatives Coordinate across technology, data engineering, security, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery Assist with AI governance, usage policies, training, and enterprise adoption efforts Stay current on emerging AI technologies, platforms, and enterprise AI solutions Qualifications 7+ years of experience in AI solutions engineering, product management, consulting, or technology leadership roles Experience building or implementing enterprise AI solutions and intelligent workflow automation Knowledge of AI agent concepts including RAG, vector search, tool calling, orchestration, and AI observability Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams Strong product ownership, project management, and communication skills Familiarity with platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Jira, monday.com, or similar enterprise technologies Comfortable working with Python or scripting languages for prototyping and integrations Excellent executive communication and presentation skills This is an outstanding opportunity to join an organization investing heavily in AI innovation and enterprise transformation initiatives.
