AI-Assisted Software Engineer II

Our very stable healthcare client is actively searching for an AI Assited Software Engineer II (Remote) No third parties!! This position is primarily focused on back-end development, requiring strong skills in C#, SQL, and Azure. Leadership abilities are also highly valued. In addition to these core requirements, the role involves responsibilities such as hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in day-to-day development, understanding prompt design and evaluation for engineering workflows, and familiarity with LLM APIs and basic patterns like retrieval-augmented generation and function/tool calling. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to validate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and bias. Experience with building lightweight AI-enabled features into production systems is a plus! While experience with VSCode is not required, it’s helpful to have it.
