AI Automation Engineer Onsite in Cincinnati, OH Full-Time / Direct Hire Salary: $105,000k - $120,000k per year + Benefits Our innovative and technology-driven client is searching for an AI Automation Engineer to help build and scale practical AI-powered solutions across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of software development, AI, automation, APIs, integrations, and business operations, with a strong focus on turning emerging AI technologies into solutions that create measurable business value. As a key member of the Digital Solutions team, you'll help support and enhance an existing n8n-based orchestration environment while developing AI-enabled workflows, agents, integrations, and productivity tools. You'll work closely with technical and business teams to automate manual processes, improve access to information, and create intelligent solutions that allow employees to focus on higher-value work. Requirements for the AI Automation Engineer: 2+ years of experience in software development, technical solution development, automation, or a related technical role Strong foundation in software development and programming concepts; experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar technologies Experience working with APIs, integrations, modern application architecture, and system-to-system connectivity Experience building or supporting automation, workflows, orchestration, or low-code/no-code solutions Experience with AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, AI agents, or LLM-based solutions Strong understanding of SQL, data concepts, and system integrations Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, understand complex workflows, and develop practical solutions Experience working with or supporting n8n, LangGraph, or other workflow/orchestration platforms preferred Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, knowledge retrieval, MCP, AI Skills, or modern AI platforms is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, accountability, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required For immediate consideration, please send your MS Word resume to: MSmith@hirebrightminds.com Show more Show less
