The Role Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that enhance customer interactions and internal workflows. Contribute to the north star platform architecture, defining agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, prompt libraries, and multi-tenant policy enforcement. Evaluate and harden agentic frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex for enterprise-grade adoption. Develop a GenAI SDK, CLI, and starter kits to streamline the development of secure and observable agentic workflows. Implement central guardrail services, including prompt firewalls, content-filter hooks, and audit APIs, to ensure trust and safety. Drive end-to-end performance optimisation through orchestration-level batching, retrieval caching, and heuristic tuning. What You'll Need At least 10 years of experience in developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Scala, or Java. Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Familiarity with Agentic Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen) and LLMOps (Google Cloud Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning). Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and influence stakeholders. Deep understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and multi-tenant security patterns.
