AI Engineer

A dynamic and innovative technology leader is seeking an AI Engineer to join their Center of Excellence. The Role Design, develop, and deploy AI, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions to address business challenges Build and support workflows for extracting complex, unstructured, and multimodal content into structured data using cloud-based document processing tools Create and maintain interoperable AI agents and components using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and related frameworks Develop automated testing for large language model solutions, including regression test suites to identify prompt issues and model drift Integrate AI applications with internal and external services, ensuring secure authentication and authorization practices Apply responsible AI practices to protect solutions from prompt injection, jailbreaks, and other security risks What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of experience designing and deploying real-world AI or machine learning solutions Strong Python development skills Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic Practical experience with prompt engineering, context construction, grounding strategies, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) Experience building REST APIs and integrating with internal and external APIs What's On Offer Opportunity to join a dynamic AI Center of Excellence Work on innovative solutions that improve user experiences and automate workflows Competitive compensation and benefits package Supportive and inclusive workplace culture Apply via Haystack today!
