The Role Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that enhance associate workflows and customer interactions. Contribute to the north star platform architecture, continuously publishing and refining living diagrams and canonical APIs for agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, prompt libraries, and multi-tenant policy enforcement. Evaluate, harden, and blend agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel) to meet enterprise SLAs, driving adoption by new applications. Contribute to crafting an end-to-end GenAI SDK, CLI, and starter kits to accelerate prototyping to production timelines. Help establish a vision for central guardrail services, including prompt firewalls, content-filter hooks, and audit APIs, to ensure trust and safety. Collaborate with architects to optimize orchestration-level batching, retrieval caching, and heuristic tuning for performance, and incubate proofs of concept for advanced AI capabilities. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI with 8+ years, or Master's with 6+ years, experience in AI/ML algorithms/technologies. At least 8 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java. 8+ years experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or private cloud). 2+ years experience supporting Agentic Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen). Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Experience leading GenAI or LLM-Powered application architectures in production.
