Our Science organization leads Unlearn’s efforts to build new capabilities across machine learning, statistics, and AI tools that help our teams create and deliver digital twin solutions to customers. This first-of-its-kind role at Unlearn will be responsible for scaling the use of agents for core business problems and deliver impact in efficiency and extensibility. Successful AI Engineers at Unlearn will be entrepreneurial in their approach; feeling a strong sense of end-to-end ownership of their mission, they collaborate heavily and investigate broadly to find the right tools and techniques to help their teams succeed. Responsibilities Include Build AI agents, skills, and tools that are core components of our workflows to create and deliver digital twins to customers Build infrastructure, harnessing, and governance systems to manage agentic workflows in line with regulatory and compliance requirements Collaborate with scientists across research, development, and delivery teams to define and build AI-centric solutions Work across teams to gain user feedback and increase adoption of new tools Clearly communicate capabilities and use to internal and external stakeholders Stay up to date with developments in AI tooling to inform Unlearn’s work Minimum Requirements B.S. in computer science or engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field. Prior experience working with healthcare or clinical machine learning applications. 2+ years of experience developing AI skills, agents, and tools and applying them to solve real-world problems. Experience with AI systems, from infrastructure through agent creation and use. Experience with AWS cloud computing services. Evidence of successful execution of AI projects in an industry setting.
