About the Role

About Corridor Software development is becoming autonomous. The fastest teams already work this way, and at Corridor, we are leading the way on secure development as the rest of the industry follows. Security tools were designed for a world where a person wrote the code and a person reviewed it. That's changing quickly. Corridor is securing software factories. We are the security solution for software that builds itself at every level of autonomy. We are preventing vulnerabilities as agents write code, and guiding teams to help decide what's safe to ship. We're a small, talented team, led by Jack Cable (Former CISA - Secure by Design), Ashwin Ramaswami (Former CISA, Stanford, and Schmidt Futures) and, Alex Stamos (Former CISO of Facebook, Yahoo, SentinelOne). Corridor is backed by Conviction, with a $25M Series A led by Felicis and our customers include ElevenLabs, Lovable, Mercor, and Langchain. What You'll Do Own our evals: make them better, and make us better on them Ship product changes that improve our AI systems — prompts, retrieval, agent scaffolding, model and tool integrations Own your work end-to-end, from prototype to production Work closely with our AI and product engineers to bring new AI capabilities into Corridor's platform What We're Looking For Experience shipping production code and owning features end-to-end A track record of building on LLMs and measurably improving AI systems Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation 3+ years of experience in a software engineering or ML role. Ideally 5+ Self-directed and product-minded. You can take ownership of ambiguous projects Experience with an agent orchestration framework, i.e. LangChain Nice to Have Infrastructure or DevOps experience (CI/CD, cloud, observability) Experience with model fine-tuning Experience with code generation and/or security Experience working at high-growth startups as an engineer or founder Open-source contributions or public technical writing (blogs, benchmarks, demos) About Our Leadership Co-founder and CEO Jack Cable is a top-ranked bug bounty hunter who previously led Secure by Design at CISA. Co-founder and CTO Ashwin Ramaswami built large-scale systems at Skiff, Caldera, and Nooks, and published research on AI and open foundation models at Stanford. CPO Alex Stamos is the former CISO of Facebook, Yahoo, and SentinelOne and a current lecturer at Stanford University. Some of our angels and advisors include Russell Kaplan (Cognition), Thomas Wolf (Hugging Face), Jonathan Frankle (Databricks), and Mike Krieger (Anthropic). Equal Opportunity Corridor is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health decisions, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. We're looking for someone open to working in a hybrid environment c.3 days per week in our South Beach, San Francisco office. Show more Show less
