AI Engineer

Role Overview This position involves developing agentic engineering reasoning systems to enhance AI capabilities in complex engineering domains. Responsibilities include building, improving, and maintaining the agentic harness and tool integrations, conducting evaluations and tests to ensure quality, analyzing production traces for failure modes, and collaborating with research teams to develop and transition custom models into the product. Qualifications & Skills Candidates should have experience transitioning AI prototypes into products, deep learning expertise with a solid understanding of machine learning and large language models, proficiency in Python and agentic frameworks like LangChain, and experience in physical systems such as aerospace, mechanical, or robotics.
