Job Description You will design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents that optimize every facet of SignalFire’s operations, from deal sourcing to portfolio support. Reporting to the MD of Product and working with the CTO, you’ll define the AI roadmap, building agentic workflows that leverage a dataset of 650M employees to identify the next generation of world-class startups. What You Will Do Design and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows using Python and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. Embed with internal teams to identify technical blockers and architect custom AI solutions for sourcing, marketing, and talent operations. Act as a strategic technical advisor to the Portfolio Success Team, guiding AI strategy and data architecture for high-growth startups. The ideal candidate Senior software engineer with 5-7+ years of experience in backend development and a strong foundation in clean, production-ready Python. Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
