By embedding engineers directly within business units, this position collaborates closely with teams to redesign operational processes, deliver production-ready solutions using AI that can be successfully scaled into enterprise-wide platform capabilities. Core Responsibilities Partner directly with teams across Communications, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering to redesign work with AI. Embed with customer teams to understand their workflows, identify opportunities, and build AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Own technical delivery from prototype through production, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability. Build full-stack AI applications, agents, automations, and integrations that transform how work gets done. Lead rapid prototyping, remove blockers, and contribute directly in the code when needed. Drive adoption by partnering closely with customers through deployment and iteration. Turn successful customer solutions into reusable platforms, services, and playbooks that accelerate future deployments. Partner with Platform Engineering and Product teams to feed customer learnings back into our core AI capabilities. Required Skills 12+ years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, developer tools, applied AI, or customer engineering environments Deep curiosity around AI-native software development and strong instincts for how AI changes engineering workflows Strong technical judgment and the ability to operate credibly with senior engineers and executives Experience building and shipping production systems in fast-moving environments Strong product instincts and systems thinking Comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal process Excellent communication and customer leadership skills Strong sense of ownership and urgency TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
