AI/ML Engineeri - Gemini ON Data Staffing is partnering with a specialist Data & AI consultancy to hire an experienced AI/ML Engineer . This is a client-facing role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI platforms across multiple industries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoy working directly with executive stakeholders, shaping AI strategy, and leading delivery teams to production. The Role You will act as the technical lead across enterprise AI initiatives, designing end-to-end architectures that move beyond prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems on Google Cloud . Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end AI platforms including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and model orchestration Design and deliver solutions on GCP using services such as Gemini, Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Kubernetes Define standards for model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams Mentor engineers and contribute to internal frameworks and accelerators Requirements Proven experience in AI, data, or cloud architecture roles Experience designing and operating production AI systems Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures Hands-on experience with GCP and Vertex AI Proven client-facing consulting experience Why Apply?
