Some weeks you will prototype fast. Other weeks you will harden orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails until the experience is production ready. What you will do Day-to-day responsibilities Design and ship LLM-powered copilots, agentic workflows, and internal AI tools that solve real business problems. Build pragmatic retrieval, tool-use, prompt, and evaluation patterns that improve quality over time. Translate ambiguous client goals into technical plans, experiments, and production delivery milestones. Bring engineering discipline to AI work with observability, testing, fallback paths, and clear success metrics.
