Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AI Engineer Job Description You'll be embedded on the company client teams as the technical builder responsible for turning scoped use cases into working systems. That means full-stack implementations: RAG pipelines, context management, agentic workflows, and integrations into existing client infrastructure. You'll work closely enough with client stakeholders to understand their business processes deeply, but your primary output is the build itself. Key Responsibilities Technical Implementation: Architect and build AI solutions, including RAG systems, agentic workflows, and full-stack applications, tailored to each client's existing environment System Integration: Connect AI solutions into client infrastructure without requiring data migration or system replacement Business Process Translation: Work with client stakeholders to understand complex operational workflows and translate them into technical requirements and system design Client Team Contribution: Serve as the core technical builder on cross-functional delivery teams, working alongside delivery and engagement leads Context & Data Architecture: Design and manage context pipelines, retrieval systems, and data flows that keep AI outputs accurate and grounded in client-specific knowledge Delivery Execution: Build, test, and ship deliverables against engagement timelines, iterating based on client feedback Knowledge Transfer: Document systems and enable client teams to maintain and extend what's been built Requirements 3-5 years of technical consulting or delivery experience in client-facing engagements Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and translate complex business processes into technical solutions .NET 8 or 10 experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines) and context management Diverse full-stack development background Experience with AI harnesses (agentic frameworks, tool-calling, orchestration) Experience with Blazor preferred Employment Type Full-time, exempt, hybrid (remote and on-site, including client sites as needed).
