AI Engineer – GenAI & Agentic AI 📍 Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL (Hybrid) 💰 Circa $140,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits 🏢 Banking & Financial Services Overview An enterprise-scale Financial Services organisation is investing heavily across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI as part of a major digital transformation programme. We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy scalable AI solutions that solve complex business challenges while supporting enterprise-wide AI adoption. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI initiatives, Agentic AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and large language model (LLM) applications within a highly collaborative engineering environment.
