Lead Agentic AI Engineer | Hybrid | Boston, Massachusetts Build AI That Actually Matters Most AI jobs are focused on generating content, optimizing ads, or improving internal productivity. This role is different. We're looking for a highly technical AI engineer to help build the next generation of Agentic AI capabilities within a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical organization. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI engineering and life sciences, creating systems that help accelerate research, improve operations, and ultimately support better outcomes for patients. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who loves building. What You'll Do Design, build, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI systems Develop reusable multi-agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and AI automation capabilities Build AI agents that interact with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and internal tools Create scalable approaches for RAG, tool calling, memory, planning, and workflow automation Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models Partner with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions with measurable business impact Help define technical standards, best practices, and long-term AI architecture What We're Looking For We're looking for engineers who are builders first.
