This is a hands-on role with immediate impact—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can jump in with minimal ramp-up. This role directly supports clinicians, legal teams, and operational leaders by transforming raw data into actionable insights. You’ll be building tools that make healthcare smarter, faster, and more human-centered. Current Initiatives & Projects : The team is currently focused on several high-impact AI and data initiatives across Acadia: Utilization Management (UM) Automation – Building AI-driven solutions to support appeals letter generation and vendor integration. The acute care portion has already been developed, and the team is now expanding the solution to support the broader organization, growing from approximately 51 acute facilities to more than 200 additional facilities . Generative AI for Operational Intelligence – Developing solutions that provide deeper insights into clinical, financial, and operational performance. These tools help CFOs and COOs at both the facility and corporate levels better understand performance drivers, perform root cause analysis, evaluate census trends, and identify factors influencing patient volume and facility outcomes.
