Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer Location: Alpharetta, GA / NYC (3 Days Onsite) Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using FastAPI or Flask. Build REST APIs and scalable enterprise AI solutions. Develop AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms. Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor engineering teams. Ensure application quality through testing, production support, and performance optimization. Required Skills: 8+ years of software engineering experience. Strong Python development with FastAPI or Flask. Hands-on experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications. Strong SQL, Data Modeling, and Data Engineering fundamentals. Expertise in Concurrency, Asynchronous Programming, and Performance Optimization. Experience with System Design, Architecture, and Technical Leadership. Preferred Skills: Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or Talk-to-Data solutions. Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis. OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus.
