Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AI/ML Engineer Location: Plano, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Work Authorization: US Citizens / Green Card Holders Job Summary We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications , with a strong focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI workflows . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, LangChain, and Azure AI services , along with strong Python development skills. This role will focus on integrating enterprise data with advanced AI reasoning and automation capabilities. Responsibilities Design and build agentic AI applications using LangChain or similar frameworks, integrating enterprise data sources, APIs, documents, and Azure Databricks. Build and optimize RAG pipelines and vector databases using Azure AI Search or similar technologies. Integrate LLMs and Azure OpenAI/GPT models into enterprise applications using effective prompt engineering and optimization techniques. Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and hallucination controls to improve reliability and accuracy. Collaborate with data engineers and application teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments. Optimize AI applications for performance, latency, scalability, and cost . Work with APIs, microservices, and scalable system architectures. Communicate technical concepts and AI-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Hands-on experience working with Python as a core development language. Experience with RAG architectures, vector search, LLMs, and AI/ML concepts . Strong experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks . Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search , or similar Azure AI services. Experience working with data from Azure Databricks or relational databases . Proficiency with Git/GitHub . Familiarity with APIs, microservices, MCP, and scalable system design . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience building production-grade Generative AI applications . Experience developing agentic workflows and AI agents . Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization.
