Role Overview The AI Researcher role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and advancing emerging AI technologies for real-world business challenges. This position works closely with AI engineers, consultants, product leaders, and clients to translate cutting-edge research into practical solutions. The role combines technical research, experimentation, and strategic thinking to support enterprise AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities AI Research & Innovation Research advancements in large language models, agentic AI, machine learning, and enterprise AI systems Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools across the AI ecosystem Design and execute experiments to test new AI capabilities and approaches Analyze research papers, technical reports, and industry developments Develop recommendations on AI adoption opportunities and implementation strategies Model Evaluation & Development Benchmark AI models across performance, cost, accuracy, and scalability metrics Support prototype development and proof-of-concept initiatives Conduct prompt engineering, model testing, and workflow optimization Assess AI system limitations, risks, and deployment considerations Contribute to AI architecture and solution design discussions Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with consultants and client teams to solve business challenges using AI Work with engineers to translate research findings into production-ready solutions Prepare technical reports, presentations, and client-facing insights Support thought leadership initiatives and internal knowledge sharing Stay informed on industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes Ideal Profile Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning, data science, or applied AI Strong understanding of large language models, machine learning, and modern AI architectures Experience with Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar technologies Ability to evaluate research and translate findings into business applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Curiosity, intellectual rigor, and a passion for emerging technologies What the Company Offers Opportunity to work on enterprise AI projects across multiple industries Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and research initiatives Collaboration with AI engineers, consultants, and business leaders Competitive compensation and long-term career growth opportunities Remote and flexible work environment Access to leading AI tools, platforms, and learning resources Opportunity to influence how organizations adopt and scale AI globally Show more Show less
