This isn't a traditional software engineering role. It's a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving difficult problems, building AI-powered solutions and helping organisations realise tangible value from emerging technologies. The Opportunity You'll work directly with customers to design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve how organisations operate. Some engagements will focus on helping engineering teams adopt modern AI-assisted development practices. Others will centre around deploying AI agents, automating business processes and enabling knowledge workers to become significantly more effective through AI. You'll operate as a trusted advisor, technical consultant and hands-on builder. One day you may be working with engineering leadership on AI-assisted software delivery. The next, you could be helping a business function redesign workflows around agentic AI capabilities. What You'll Be Doing Working directly with customers to understand business challenges and desired outcomes Designing and deploying AI-powered solutions and agentic workflows Building integrations between platforms, APIs and AI services Leading workshops, discovery sessions and technical discussions Helping customers adopt AI technologies successfully across their organisations Translating complex technical concepts into business value Partnering with engineering, architecture and leadership stakeholders Identifying opportunities for further customer value and expansion Contributing to best practices, methodologies and reusable assets What We're Looking For We're interested in people who combine technical credibility with strong consulting and communication skills.
