Job Title: Forward Deployed Engineer / AI Architect Skills: Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Python & Cloud Experience: 10+ years Location: Dallas, TX We at Coforge are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer / AI Architect with the following skillset: Senior Forward Deployed Engineer / AI Architect to work directly with enterprise customers, helping them solve complex business challenges through Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data, and Cloud solutions. This role combines customer engagement, AI architecture, and hands-on engineering, making it ideal for someone who can translate business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Advisory Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities. Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and executive presentations. Act as a trusted advisor on AI strategy, architecture, roadmap, and adoption. Forward Deployed Engineering Work closely with customers to rapidly build and deploy AI-powered solutions. Develop POCs, MVPs, accelerators, and production-grade applications. Bridge the gap between business teams, product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams. Drive solution adoption and ensure measurable business outcomes. AI Architecture & Delivery Design and implement enterprise-scale GenAI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Data solutions. Build AI copilots, intelligent assistants, AI agents, and RAG-based applications. Define scalable architectures covering data pipelines, model orchestration, security, governance, and observability. Establish Responsible AI and AI governance best practices. Engineering Leadership Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout solution delivery. Drive DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices for enterprise deployments. Mentor engineering teams and promote AI engineering best practices. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and production-ready. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or Solution Architecture. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and customer-facing experience. Technical Skills Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs). RAG Architectures, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini. LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI. Python, APIs, Microservices. Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric. Vector Databases, Semantic Search, Enterprise Data Platforms. Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps. Preferred Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
