The Forward Deployed Engineer acts as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for diagnosing problems, building solutions, deploying AI automation, and managing agent performance to drive account growth. You will own accounts end-to-end, bridging customer needs, product development, and engineering teams while directly influencing the long-term product roadmap. What you will do Tailor autonomous AI agents to complex customer workflows Configure, prompt, and orchestrate AI agents across enterprise software Manage and tune AI agents to ensure reliable production performance Build automations using internal libraries, tools, and products Prototype new automation techniques and intelligent workflows Optimize pipelines for intelligent document extraction Bridge customer, product, and engineering teams Identify opportunities to expand AI-powered solutions What we are looking for 4–8 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer-facing Software Engineering, or Technical Solutions Engineering 2+ years managing, tuning, or configuring AI agents for customers, or meaningful customer-facing technical/project ownership Strong hands-on JavaScript skills Extensive experience using modern AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code Web automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders Ability to think beyond quick fixes and influence long-term strategy Comfortability owning broader customer outcomes rather than isolated technical issues Benefits Competitive equity OPT / H1B transfers supported (no new H1B sponsorship) About MeeBoss MeeBoss helps job seekers and hiring teams make direct, relevant career connections.
