This company is at the forefront, applying AI to claims processing for major carriers. They've achieved significant ARR in under a year, growing rapidly, and are backed by leading VCs known for early investments in foundational AI companies. This isn't just a client-facing role, nor is it purely an engineering one. You'll be the trusted technical partner embedded within client carriers, owning deployments end-to-end from scoping to go-live. Expect to be the primary contact for senior stakeholders while also hands-on building and shipping multi-modal agentic AI systems and integrations. This seat is for founders and operators who want both the strategic client relationships and the deep technical execution. The work Own end-to-end AI deployments for major insurance carriers, from initial scoping to successful go-live. Design, build, and evolve multi-modal agentic AI systems, leveraging prompt engineering, model integration, and AI-assisted development. Act as the primary technical point of contact for senior client stakeholders, translating complex AI capabilities into business outcomes. Work hands-on with client tech teams to integrate AI solutions via APIs and custom environments. Scope and develop new features based on client needs, feeding critical insights back into the core product roadmap. What You Bring 2+ years in a forward-deployed, agent engineering, or founding role, combining deep technical execution with client ownership. Proven ability to build and ship production-grade code in Python, with strong command of APIs, cloud platforms, and modern AI/ML tooling. Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI concepts, leveraging AI-assisted development workflows. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business outcomes for executive audiences. A founder's mindset: you own problems end-to-end, move with urgency, and are comfortable both coding and managing client relationships.
