Integration & Reliability Engineer - AI Solutions About the Opportunity Join a leading organization undergoing a large-scale AI transformation across its engineering and product development teams. The team is seeking an AI Solutions Delivery Engineer to help deploy, integrate, and support AI-powered tools and workflows that improve collaboration, efficiency, and innovation across technical teams. This is a highly hands-on role focused on platform implementation, systems integration, operational support, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with technical stakeholders, architects, and enterprise technology teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions in a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and maintain AI-powered platforms and engineering productivity tools. Design and support integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems, development platforms, cloud services, and collaboration tools. Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability, identifying and resolving operational issues as they arise. Manage user provisioning, access controls, and support processes to ensure a positive user experience. Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to implement scalable solution designs and integration strategies. Translate pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives into stable, production-ready capabilities. Establish and improve operational processes related to monitoring, incident management, governance, and platform support. Partner with technology, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices. Contribute to automation efforts that improve platform efficiency and reduce manual support requirements. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. 3+ years of experience supporting, deploying, or operating enterprise software platforms or cloud-based solutions. Experience integrating business-critical applications, development tools, or engineering systems into larger technology ecosystems. Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or similar platforms. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across production systems and enterprise applications. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, system performance analysis, and incident response processes. Experience supporting or implementing AI, generative AI, large language model (LLM), or intelligent automation solutions. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and modern software delivery methodologies. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving technical environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven industries. Background supporting engineering, product lifecycle, or enterprise business systems. Familiarity with AI infrastructure concepts such as model management, vector search technologies, or AI orchestration frameworks. Scripting or automation experience using modern programming languages and tools. Experience driving adoption of emerging technologies across technical teams.
