Role : Junior Architect / Senior Tech Lead – Gen AI & Data Engineering(Only w2) Location : Charlotte, NC(Onsite) Minimum 15+ Years of Experience required. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Junior Architect or Senior Tech Lead with strong expertise in Gen AI, Agentic AI, AWS Cloud Services, and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines and working on AI/ML proof of concepts or enterprise-level implementations. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable Gen AI / Agentic AI solutions and proof of concepts • Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership to engineering teams • Build and optimize enterprise data pipelines and ETL workflows • Work with AWS cloud services for application deployment, storage, and orchestration • Develop and manage data integration solutions using Snowflake or other ETL tools • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define scalable AI-driven solutions • Support end-to-end implementation, deployment, testing, and optimization activities • Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, and security Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Gen AI / Agentic AI projects or POCs • Strong AWS services experience (Lambda, S3, Glue, Redshift, EC2, SageMaker, etc.) • Strong Data Engineering experience with pipeline development • Experience with Snowflake, ETL tools, or data integration platforms • Strong Python and SQL skills • Experience with API integrations and cloud-native architectures • Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Skills: • Experience with LLMs, RAG architecture, LangChain, Vector DBs • Experience in AI-driven automation and enterprise integrations • Prior experience in Architect or Technical Lead roles If I missed your call !
