We are seeking a Lead AI Automation Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-enabled automation platforms that leverage generative AI, workflow orchestration, enterprise integrations, and intelligent decision-making capabilities. In this role, you will provide technical leadership for AI-driven automation initiatives, building scalable and secure solutions that integrate large language models, business processes, enterprise applications, and workflow platforms. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish engineering standards, promote responsible AI practices, and ensure successful delivery of production-grade AI solutions. Key Responsibilities AI Solution Architecture & Engineering Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions for enterprise business processes. Architect scalable and secure systems that integrate AI models, workflow engines, APIs, and enterprise platforms. Define technical architecture standards for intelligent automation and agent-driven solutions. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to solving business challenges. Generative AI & Intelligent Automation Design and develop generative AI applications that automate complex business workflows. Build intelligent agents and orchestration layers that combine AI capabilities with enterprise business logic. Integrate large language models into operational systems to improve efficiency, decision-making, and productivity. Implement automation frameworks that support scalable and reusable AI capabilities. Workflow Orchestration & Enterprise Integration Develop and optimize workflow orchestration solutions that connect enterprise applications, services, and data sources. Design API-driven integrations between AI services and business systems. Ensure seamless interaction across internal platforms, automation tools, and enterprise technologies. Build robust automation pipelines that support business-critical operations. Production Engineering & Operations Lead AI solutions from concept through production deployment and operational support. Establish monitoring, observability, logging, and performance management practices for AI-enabled systems. Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, availability, reliability, and resilience. Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement. Responsible AI & Governance Establish engineering standards and best practices for responsible AI development and deployment. Implement controls that support security, compliance, governance, and risk management requirements. Ensure AI solutions operate within organizational, regulatory, and ethical guidelines. Support model monitoring, validation, and lifecycle management activities. Technical Leadership & Mentorship Provide technical leadership across AI engineering and automation initiatives. Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software engineering, AI development, and automation architecture. Conduct architecture reviews, design sessions, and technical evaluations. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to improve automation effectiveness, operational efficiency, and platform scalability. Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and patterns that accelerate AI solution delivery. Stay current on advancements in generative AI, workflow orchestration, automation technologies, and enterprise AI platforms. Drive innovation initiatives that deliver long-term business value. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. Minimum 5+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, automation engineering, or related experience. At least 2+ years of experience building AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or advanced automation solutions. Proven experience taking complex technical solutions from concept through production deployment. Strong expertise in enterprise application integration, APIs, and workflow automation. Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing engineering best practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
