About the Role

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Lead AI Engineer - this is an onsite position in San Francisco or NYC. Salary range: 175-300K base plus benefits plus equity. About this role We’re building the next generation of contract-intelligence software as a full-stack engineer in our team. You’ll help bring to market the our vision of a contract operating system for the enterprise. As one of the early engineers on this newly integrated team, you’ll: Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to architect, develop, and own our user-facing application. Use your full stack experience to design intelligent solutions that include back-end and front-end systems. Promote sound engineering practices and drive technical strategy and roadmaps. Help design and implement measurements of success for the team. Initiate, influence, and drive technical projects. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in building AI products in a professional setting.​ SaaS startup experience Experience building AI applications/agents with frameworks (LangChain,​ LangGraph) CS degree Proficient in Python and SQL/Postgres Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic models;​ training models a plus Exposure to deployments (Kubernetes,​ Docker) and cloud (AWS,​ Azure,​ GCP) Comfortable working on challenging,​ ambiguous problems On-site 5 days/week in New York (Brooklyn/Lower East Side) or San Francisco LLM Monitoring (Nice-to-have) Show more Show less
