You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on agentic systems , automated quality gates , and AI integration . Project Overview This project aims to revolutionize the SDLC by integrating AI agents into the core development process. You will ensure the reliability of these agentic systems, defining how quality is measured and maintained in an AI-first engineering environment. About The Role As a Lead QA Engineer, you will architect and execute the QA strategy for our AI-driven platform. You will lead the transition from traditional testing to agent-based validation, working autonomously to build frameworks that support high-velocity, high-quality delivery. Tech Stack TypeScript Playwright Cypress Jest AI Agents/LLM Tools Locust Azure DevOps (ADO) E2E testing frameworks Unit & Integration testing ESLint Prettier Load testing tools Agentic development frameworks AI-driven SDLC automation What You’ll Do Design and implement a comprehensive QA strategy specifically for agent-based systems and AI-driven lifecycles. Build and evolve testing frameworks from scratch, integrating AI agents to automate test case generation and execution. Lead hands-on QA activities, coordinating with product engineers to validate complex specifications and ensure system integrity. Establish standards for load testing and performance benchmarking using Locust to ensure platform scalability. Drive the adoption of strict TypeScript patterns and automated linting to maintain high code quality across the testing suite. Act as a subject matter expert on agentic development, mentoring the team on how to test non-deterministic AI outputs. Requirements Extensive experience as a Senior or Lead QA Engineer within modern, fast-paced engineering environments. Proven track record of building automation frameworks from the ground up using Playwright, Cypress, or Jest. Hands-on experience working with LLMs or AI agents in a testing or development capacity. Deep understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD integration for automated quality assurance. Ability to support a US time zone overlap (minimum 3-8pm CET) for critical business interaction.
