About The Role As Lead Solutions Engineer , you will drive revenue by owning the full technical sales process, proving the value of Parloa's platform to enterprise prospects and earning the confidence of their technical teams from first demo to signed deal. This is your opportunity to be the technical voice that wins enterprise deals in one of the fastest-moving categories in tech, and to shape both how customers adopt agentic AI and what Parloa builds next. Areas Of Ownership Technical Sales Leadership: Co-own accounts and sales campaigns with your assigned sellers in your territory, leading every technical stage of the deal cycle so enterprise prospects move confidently from evaluation to commitment. Demos and Proof of Value: Build tailored demos and conversational AI experiences across voice and chat, showing integrations with customer systems that prove technical feasibility and build trust with technical stakeholders. Solution Architecture: Design scalable, robust architectures and address data security and compliance requirements so enterprise IT teams trust the solution and security reviews stop being a blocker. Customer Advocacy and Product Influence: Bring customer needs back into product roadmap discussions, working with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement so the platform keeps pace with what enterprises need. Process and Team Excellence: Improve internal processes, documentation, and ways of working across the Solutions Engineering team, and represent Parloa at client on-sites, external events, and company gatherings (20-30% travel). Who You Are 7-10+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally at a SaaS vendor, with a strong grasp of enterprise sales processes and frameworks such as MEDDPICC Deep experience in contact center (CCaaS or UCaaS), VoIP, and telephony, including call flow, voice, and chat design Deep knowledge of enterprise technology stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hands-on experience integrating and maintaining APIs Working understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, with competency in prompt engineering and design A confident presenter who can lead with credibility in front of both technical and executive audiences; experience with Channel, ISV, or GSI partners or in a fast-paced startup is a strong plus Our Recruiting Process Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser Why Parloa? Compensation for this role is structured as On-Target Earnings (OTE), consisting of a base salary and performance-based variable component, in addition to an equity package.
