Senior AI Engineer

Mroads is looking for a "Senior AI Engineer" for one of our direct clients. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our AI-driven Digital Transformation initiative focused on modernizing and automating event planning and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and workflow automation technologies to transform event management processes. The AI Engineer will play a critical role in building a platform that automatically aggregates data from multiple sources, generates comprehensive documentation, converts client requirements into operationally ready, and delivers intelligent recommendations to Event Managers. This role requires expertise in AI solution architecture, cloud-based AI services, prompt engineering, data processing pipelines, and enterprise-scale application development. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML solutions. Strong experience with Python and AI development frameworks. Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models. Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms. Strong understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Information Retrieval concepts. Experience building RAG-based applications and vector search solutions. Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
