Senior Cloud Data & AI Architect 📍 Dallas, TX 💰 $150,000 – $175,000 Are you a senior Data Architect who wants to work on large-scale cloud transformation while also getting involved in the next generation of GenAI and Agentic AI ? We’re looking for an experienced Cloud Data & AI Architect to help design and modernise enterprise data platforms for major banking and financial services organisations. This isn’t just a traditional data architecture role. You’ll be working across modern Lakehouse, Data Mesh and cloud platforms , while also helping shape how technologies such as LLMs, RAG and AI agents are used across enterprise data environments. What you’ll be doing 🔹 Architect large-scale cloud data platforms and Lakehouse solutions 🔹 Help organisations modernise from legacy/on-prem environments into AWS, Azure or GCP 🔹 Design solutions using Snowflake and/or Databricks 🔹 Create scalable patterns for data integration, pipelines, governance, quality, lineage and metadata 🔹 Work with senior business and technology stakeholders to define Data & AI strategy 🔹 Design GenAI and Agentic AI solutions , including RAG, LLMs, vector databases and AI agents 🔹 Create reusable architectures and standards that can be adopted across multiple teams What we’re looking for You don’t need every technology listed below, but you should have strong experience across modern enterprise data architecture. ✅ Strong background in Data Architecture / Enterprise Data Architecture ✅ Experience designing cloud-based data platforms ✅ Strong Snowflake and/or Databricks experience ✅ Knowledge of Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Products or Medallion Architecture ✅ Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP ✅ Experience within banking, financial services or insurance ✅ Exposure to modern GenAI / LLM solutions Experience with technologies such as RAG, LangChain, vector databases, AI agents, Python, OpenAI or Claude would be particularly valuable.
