Senior Full Stack AI Software Engineer (Python) - Remote USA ONLY

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Software Engineer to help design and build enterprise AI solutions that combine intuitive chatbot experiences with sophisticated agentic workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys architecting solutions, writing production-quality code, and solving complex integration challenges. Candidates should be available to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours. What You'll Do Design and develop AI-powered applications, including chat-based user interfaces and backend agentic workflows. Build secure integrations with enterprise platforms and internal services. Implement scalable, production-ready solutions using modern Python development practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive best practices around AI implementation, security, and software quality. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional experience with Python . Experience developing software in regulated or security-conscious environments . 3 + years of hands-on experience integrating with LLM APIs , including OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms. Experience with prompt engineering, streaming responses, token/context management, and AI application architecture. Knowledge of tool calling , function calling, and ideally the Model Context Protocol (MCP) . Experience building agentic AI workflows , including multi-step orchestration, retries, and error handling. Experience implementing SSO and identity solutions (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC). Proven experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow , or similar systems. Experience working with API gateways , middleware, and secure service integrations. Strong understanding of secrets management and secure credential handling. Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices . An eye for creating intuitive, user-friendly chat experiences.
