Senior Solutions Engineer - AI agents - SOC Full-time | Remote (US - PST, MST or CST timezones) $175K - $208K base (OTE: $125K - $260K, 80/20 split) About this role We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer with 5+ years of cybersecurity experience to join a rapidly growing go-to-market team and serve as the technical authority throughout the sales lifecycle. You'll be a trusted advisor to CISOs, security architects, and SOC leaders, helping them evaluate and deploy an Agentic SOC Platform. This is a high-impact role at one of the most heavily funded AI security companies in the space, backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Mayfield, and others. You must be a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment, builds your own technical knowledge, and brings deep hands-on experience across endpoint, email, cloud, and SaaS security. You'll be mapped 1:1 with an Account Executive and own the full technical sale from demo to Proof of Value. What you'll be doing Partnering 1:1 with an AE to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and executive briefings for prospects in the 50-4,000 employee segment Designing and executing Proof of Value engagements, translating customer security challenges into solutions using the platform Becoming an expert on customer environments, including identity, endpoint, cloud, and SaaS security, to position the platform's value against their existing stack Leveraging AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT daily to accelerate research, scripting, and technical workflows Traveling regularly to meet customers and gathering monthly at HQ in San Jose to collaborate with the team What we're looking for 5-10 years of experience in Solutions or Sales Engineering at cybersecurity companies (ideally with exposure to both broader platforms and a specific security domain) Compensation and logistics Salary: $175K - $208K base (OTE: $125K - $260K, 80/20 split) Equity: Competitive equity package Visa sponsorship: Not available Remote work policy: US-based with regular travel within the US Location: Remote, United States (PST, MST or CST timezones) Tech stack SOC, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Email Security, CSPM, CWPP, SSPM, AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Identity and Access Management, SaaS Security, MDR, AI/LLM Tools (Claude, ChatGPT), Scripting, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD About the company This company is on a mission to 10x the productivity and efficacy of security and operations (SOC) teams using a transformative multi-model AI engine.
