About the Role
Senior Consultant / Senior Solution Engineer 100% US-based remote with up to 25% travel Company Description The Pedowitz Group (TPG) helps revenue leaders win in an AI-driven world. For nearly two decades we have delivered breakthrough growth for more than 1,500 global clients across B2B and B2C, generating over $25B in marketing-sourced revenue. We hire and develop Purple Unicorns — practitioners who have actually built, challenged, and rebuilt the systems they advise on. Our consultants pair deep functional expertise with TPG's proprietary frameworks (RM6, the Revenue Loop, and AXO for AI Experience Optimization) in an apprenticeship culture where you will learn more in three months than most consultants learn in three years. Role Description TPG is seeking a Senior Consultant / Senior Solution Engineer — one of the most senior individual-contributor roles at the firm, and a hybrid of strategist, architect, and master builder. You will own the technical solution across our most complex enterprise engagements: standing in front of a client executive team articulating an AI-enabled future state, then sitting down the same afternoon to architect a HubSpot–Salesforce integration, debug a Marketo Velocity script, design a lead-qualification agent, or pressure-test a competing vendor's proposal. You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to the firm's IP, and be one of the people we put in the room when the stakes are highest. What You'll Do Strategic Advisory & Executive Presence Serve as trusted advisor to client executive leadership (CMO, CRO, VP Marketing Ops, VP RevOps); translate technical complexity into decisions an economic buyer can act on. Lead executive workshops, strategy sessions, and client onsites — often paired with TPG's CEO or senior partners on the most strategic engagements. Apply TPG's proprietary frameworks (RM6, the Revenue Loop, AXO) to diagnose client maturity and design phased transformation roadmaps. Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery Design and document end-to-end MarTech and RevTech architectures spanning MAP, CRM, data warehouse, analytics, and AI/agentic tooling. Lead implementations, migrations, audits, and rebuilds at expert depth in at least one MAP (HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, or Eloqua), with working fluency across the others. Architect integrations across MAP, CRM, data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery), BI tools, and AI/agent layers (Claude, OpenAI, MCP connectors, n8n). Get hands-on with code when the engagement requires it: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, MAP scripting (Velocity/HubL/AMPscript), REST APIs, and Python or no-code agentic platforms. AI Leadership Bring deep, current expertise in applied AI for revenue marketing — LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP-style connectors, RAG, and the AI maturity curve as clients actually live it. Design and stand up AI use cases: lead qualification agents, content production at scale, marketing-ops co-pilots, and AEO/AXO initiatives. Advise on the practical realities of AI adoption — data readiness, governance, and what works in production today vs. marketing hype. Growth, Mentorship & Firm Building Lead expansion in strategic accounts and actively participate in new-business pursuits — scoping, solutioning, SOWs, and executive presentations. Mentor junior and mid-level consultants; serve as a peer sounding board for other seniors. Contribute to TPG's living IP and represent the firm externally through speaking, content, and the partner ecosystem. Qualifications Required 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing automation, RevOps, MarTech consulting, or solution engineering, with meaningful client-facing time. Expert mastery of at least one MAP (HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, or Eloqua) with current certifications and enterprise production experience. Working fluency in additional MAPs strongly preferred. Deep, demonstrated AI experience — you have built, deployed, or advised on real AI/agent solutions in revenue marketing within the last 12–18 months, and can articulate where AI delivers value vs. where it does not. Salesforce expertise sufficient to architect and troubleshoot MAP–CRM integrations, lead/contact/account models, and lead-source attribution. Admin certification or equivalent proficiency required. Executive presence — proven ability to present to and influence CMO/CRO/VP-level audiences, hold the room, and translate complexity into decisions. Hands-on technical fluency across HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and at least one MAP scripting language. Ability to read and reason about Python, JSON, and webhook architectures. Strategic + tactical range — you can author a 3-year roadmap in the morning and debug a sync error in the afternoon, and find both energizing. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines. Strongly Preferred Experience leading AXO/AEO initiatives — making brands visible and credible in LLM-based buyer journeys. Familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, reverse-ETL) and agentic platforms (n8n, Make, custom MCP servers). Prior consulting firm experience and the ability to explain why TPG is a step up, not a lateral move. Industry experience in regulated verticals (financial services, healthcare, life sciences) and demonstrated thought leadership in revenue marketing. Personality Traits Seasoned without being jaded. You have seen enough to know what works, and you are still curious about what is next. Credible with executives and beloved by practitioners — a rare combination that comes from genuinely respecting both. You move fluidly between strategic abstraction and tactical execution. Neither feels beneath you. An AI optimist with a practitioner's skepticism — you know what the technology can and cannot do this quarter, and adjust as the frontier moves. You mentor without being preachy, write well, present well, and listen even better. Show more Show less
