ServiceNow AI Architect

Title: ServiceNow AI Architect Location: Open to any location within the USA. Remote is available, with the expectation that you may be asked to report onsite if you live near one of our US office locations. Travel: Up to 25% About the role A global tier-1 IT services and consulting firm is hiring a ServiceNow AI Architect to lead solution architecture, design, and delivery of AI-enabled transformation built on the ServiceNow Now Assist platform. This is a hands-on, client-facing seat with end-to-end architecture ownership for a defined workstream or tower, working directly with client stakeholders, onsite teams, and offshore delivery. Must haves (at least two of the following five) ServiceNow Now Assist ServiceNow AI Agent Studio Agentic AI AI Control Tower Enterprise AI for business use cases, with demonstrated knowledge and delivery experience What you will do Own solution architecture and technical design for Now Assist use cases from concept through production. Build, deploy, and operationalise Now Assist AI Agents and integrations in ServiceNow AI Agent Studio, including custom skill development and enhancement of out-of-the-box skills. Define the enterprise architecture vision with the client across agentic AI adoption, AI governance through AI Control Tower, and platform integration strategy. Lead multi-tower transformation work across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM where AI enablement requires it. Architect cross-platform AI ecosystems connecting ServiceNow with AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry, including multi-agent orchestration using MCP and A2A patterns. Design and guide integration delivery using Workflow Data Fabric, REST APIs, and Scripted APIs. Work hands-on across Workflow Data Fabric, Automation Engine, and Knowledge Graph driven workflows, with security and governance guardrails built in. Provide technical leadership to offshore teams, set standards and reusable frameworks, and review designs, code, and deployments. Act as the primary technical interface for client Delivery Directors and Enterprise Architects, and lead solution workshops, design discussions, and demos. What you will bring Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist across custom and out-of-the-box skills, AI Agent Studio, and AI Agent development. Working command of agentic AI patterns, AI orchestration, instruction tuning, and guardrails. Strong hands-on ITSM and ITOM Event Management experience, plus CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, extensibility, platform workflows, and Automation Pro. Strong API and Scripted API expertise, with Workflow Data Fabric and working knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and enterprise data orchestration. A proven record of ServiceNow AI implementations delivered, not just advised on, with confident client engagement and offshore team leadership. Nice to have Exposure to AI Control Tower concepts, multi-agent ecosystems using MCP and A2A protocols, hyperscaler AI platform integration, and familiarity with ServiceNow playbooks and Ansible integrations.
