Role: Solution Architect – Agentic AI Location: Remote (US East Coast) Comp: $300K–$400K | 60% base / 20% variable / 20% ESOP + competitive equity About the Company I'm exclusively partnered with a fast-growing AI-first services and product studio that is taking AI from slide decks into production. They work with startups, tech-led companies, and large enterprises to operationalise AI across core business workflows, spanning agentic AI systems, LLM-powered applications, cloud modernisation, and data platforms. About the Role They're now looking for a Solution Architect to be the technical anchor for their enterprise customers across North America. This is a high-impact, customer-facing position where you'll serve as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients, primarily in financial services or life sciences. You'll architect cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, translate complex business challenges into scalable target architectures, and drive deployments in close collaboration with a delivery team. Responsibilities Engaging directly with enterprise customers on the East Coast to understand their industry processes and painpoints Designing and delivering architecture for agentic AI capabilities across cloud, data, and AI platforms Acting as the senior technical advisor, aligning stakeholders on proposed architecture through to deployment Translating business objectives into secure, scalable cloud and AI architectures Building deep, trust-based relationships that drive long-term customer success Qualifications 8–15 years of experience in solution architecture or a closely related field Deep expertise in financial services or life sciences Strong background in agentic AI, LLMs, and cloud-native architectures US citizen preferred (sponsorship considered for exceptional candidates) Required Skills and experience Experience in customer-facing roles Proven track record of successful project delivery Strong AWS experience If you are open to learning more about this position, please apply below and I will be in contact to discuss the role further.
