Solution Lead – Data, AI & Agentic Solutions

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, high-potential technology professional who wants to grow into a Solution Architect while helping us build the next generation of Data, AI and Agentic AI solutions for the Life Sciences industry. This is not a traditional architect or people-management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys designing AND building someone who can move from a business problem to architecture, write code, integrate systems, build a working prototype, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to take successful ideas toward production. You will work closely with our onsite business/product team and Data, AI, BI, Integration and Salesforce specialists to develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, PoCs/PoVs and Agentic AI-driven products. Our environment includes technologies such as Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS/GCP, GenAI/LLMs, Agentic AI, Salesforce, APIs, Talend and Qlik. You do not need to be an expert in all of these technologies. We value strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving ability, learning agility, curiosity and ownership. What You Will Do Translate business problems into practical data, AI and application solution designs. Remain hands-on with Python, SQL, APIs, data and AI technologies while developing architectural skills. Design and build GenAI, RAG and Agentic AI applications, including agents that interact with enterprise data, APIs and business applications. Develop rapid PoCs and PoVs to validate new product and client ideas. Help design reusable frameworks, accelerators, services and components rather than building every solution from scratch. Work with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and cloud services across AWS/GCP. Design integrations across data platforms, APIs, AI services and enterprise applications. Work with our Salesforce team on opportunities involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce. Collaborate with Data, Integration, BI, AI and Salesforce engineering teams to take prototypes into scalable solutions. Participate directly in architecture, coding, debugging, integration, testing and technical problem solving. Learn Life Sciences and pharmaceutical commercial business processes, data and use cases with support from our domain team. Mentor junior engineers and gradually develop into an end-to-end Solution Architect. What We Are Looking For Strong foundation in: Python and software/application engineering SQL and data engineering concepts REST APIs and enterprise integrations Cloud technologies such as AWS and/or GCP System design and problem solving Building and troubleshooting real applications Experience or strong exposure to some of the following: Generative AI / LLM application development RAG, embeddings and vector search AI agents, tool/function calling and multi-step workflows LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks Snowflake or another modern cloud data platform AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue and related services GCP / Vertex AI / Gemini Docker, Git and CI/CD Salesforce development/integration Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud Show more Show less
