You'll move fluidly between strategy and execution, using LLMs and automation to solve real-world problems for elite customers like Ramp and Chime while directly shaping the core platform's roadmap through rapid experimentation. What You Will Do Build sophisticated AI workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to solve complex growth and marketing challenges. Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, and Product teams to turn individual customer successes into scalable, productized features. Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to provide structured insights that directly influence the Airops.com product roadmap and executive strategy. The ideal candidate Proven background in Growth, BizOps, or Solutions Engineering at a high-growth startup, with a focus on stitching complex systems together. Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including prompt engineering, retrieval, and automation tools like Zapier to create functional workflows.
