Sr. ML Data Science Engineer – Forward Deployed AI

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior ML Data Science Engineer to join its Forward Deployed AI team. In this client-facing role, you will partner directly with enterprise customers to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud . You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to build scalable AI applications, integrate enterprise data, and deliver business value through Generative AI and machine learning solutions. Required Experience 8+ years of software engineering or machine learning experience. Hands-on experience deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions. Strong experience with Salesforce Platform and Data Cloud. Experience implementing LLMs and RAG-based applications. Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Salesforce Certified AI Specialist. Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification. AWS, Azure, or GCP Certification. Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Principal ML Engineer. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions into production. Develop and optimize LLM , RAG , and multi-agent AI applications. Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, semantic search, and AI guardrails. Build scalable ETL pipelines and integrate enterprise data into Salesforce Data Cloud. Develop APIs, middleware, and custom integrations with external AI platforms. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI applications in production environments. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful enterprise AI deployments. Show more Show less
