🚀 We’re Hiring: Staff / Principal Architect — Financial Agentic Platform 📍 Location : Hybrid / Pleasanton, California, United States Meeru AI is building Maverick — a next-generation AI-native financial intelligence platform designed for enterprise finance teams. This is a rare greenfield opportunity to architect and build a modern multi-tenant SaaS platform from scratch in 3–6 months. You’ll define the architecture, choose the tech stack, and help build the foundation for a platform designed to serve hundreds of enterprise customers. What you’ll work on: • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture with enterprise-grade tenant isolation • AI-powered financial workflows and agentic systems using LangGraph / LLMs • PostgreSQL-centric architecture optimized for performance and cost efficiency • Enterprise authentication (SSO/SAML, RBAC, Okta, Auth0, Azure AD) • Financial workflow automation across AR/AP, close, reconciliation, reporting, and analytics • Cloud-native infrastructure on AWS with scalability, reliability, and observability built in from day one What we’re looking for: • 12+ years in software engineering with deep architecture experience • Proven track record building greenfield SaaS platforms at scale • Strong expertise in multi-tenant systems, PostgreSQL, cloud-native architecture, and distributed systems • Experience designing high-performance systems (<500ms p95 latency) • Production experience with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, or agentic AI systems • Strong hands-on engineering skills with the ability to lead through execution Key skills: Multi-Tenant SaaS • PostgreSQL • AWS • Kubernetes • Terraform • LangGraph • LangChain • Python • FastAPI • Distributed Systems • Microservices • Event-Driven Architecture • RBAC • SSO/SAML • OAuth2 • OpenAI • Anthropic • Redis • Kafka • Docker • CI/CD • Infrastructure as Code • AI Agents • RAG Architecture • Vector Databases • API Design • System Design • SaaS Security • Observability • Performance Optimization • FinOps • High-Scale Architecture Strong plus: ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Workday) • Finance & Accounting workflows • SOC 2 / GDPR • Startup scaling experience • Cost optimization & FinOps At Meeru AI, we’re building enterprise AI systems focused on trust, auditability, performance, and real-world finance operations.
