About the Role
Synthex is a small team building AI-powered workflow automation for legal and finance teams. We need a builder who can turn complex business processes into reliable AI-driven systems.
This is a founding engineer type role — you'll have a huge say in the technical direction and work directly with the CEO and customers.
What you'll own: - End-to-end AI workflow automation using Make and n8n - Document processing pipelines (PDFs, contracts, financial reports) using LLMs - Claude API integrations for structured data extraction - Customer onboarding and integration support
Ideal background: - Built automation workflows with n8n, Make, or Zapier at a professional level - Worked with LLM APIs for document processing or structured extraction - Comfortable owning a project from spec to production - Startup experience preferred — you move fast and figure things out
