Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead our LLM integration work. You'll design and ship production-grade RAG systems, multi-agent pipelines, and AI-powered features across our product suite.

You'll work closely with product and design to ship AI capabilities that real users love — not just demos. Our stack is Python-first but we care about outcomes over tools.

What you'll do: - Design and implement RAG systems using LlamaIndex and Pinecone - Build multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph - Optimize LLM prompts and evaluate model outputs systematically - Work with the product team to define AI features from scratch - Mentor junior engineers on AI engineering best practices

What we're looking for: - 3+ years building production software, 1+ year working with LLMs in production - Strong Python skills — you write clean, tested, maintainable code - Experience with at least one vector database (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) - Comfortable with API design and building backend services - You've shipped AI features that real users use — not just prototypes
