AI Engineer

We're looking for an AI Engineer to help design and deliver next-generation Agentic and Generative AI solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll build production-grade AI applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive the company's AI initiatives while developing innovative products at scale. What You'll Do Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures. Develop AI agents, copilots, and conversational experiences that solve complex business challenges. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions. Build scalable APIs and backend services that support AI applications and integrations. Implement best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, observability, and responsible AI. Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost to ensure enterprise readiness. Stay current on emerging AI technologies and contribute to the organization's AI strategy and technical direction. What We're Looking For 5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or data science experience, including 2+ years building production Generative AI or LLM-based applications. Strong expertise with Python, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and prompt engineering. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization techniques. Experience building cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
