AI-Forward Technical Architect

The Opportunity We are seeking an AI-Forward Technical Architect to lead solution architecture, technical strategy, and client delivery initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep enterprise application expertise with hands-on AI experimentation. You'll work directly with customers, engineering teams, and executive leadership to design scalable solutions and help define the future of AI-enabled enterprise workflows. We're especially interested in candidates who have worked with CRM, ERP, workflow, or enterprise business systems , and who are excited to apply modern AI technologies to solve complex organizational challenges. What You'll Do Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise clients Design scalable integrations across CRM, ERP, workflow, and business systems Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions Evaluate, prototype, and deploy AI-powered capabilities using modern LLM technologies Define technical standards, architecture patterns, and best practices Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and delivery cycles Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product capabilities Assess workflow automation opportunities and AI-agent use cases Guide customers through architecture decisions, scalability considerations, and implementation planning Stay current on emerging AI frameworks, technologies, and enterprise trends What We're Looking For Required Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role Strong hands-on development experience with enterprise applications Proficiency in Python and modern integration architectures Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade software solutions Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate independently in fast-paced startup environments Experience evaluating and implementing AI, machine learning, or LLM-based solutions Experience with CRM, ERP, workflow automation, or enterprise productivity platforms Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar AI ecosystems Experience integrating disparate enterprise systems and APIs Knowledge of process mining, task mining, workflow orchestration, or automation technologies Experience in startup or scale-up environments Salesforce experience is a plus but not required Who You Are A hands-on architect who enjoys building and experimenting Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information Passionate about emerging AI technologies and their practical application Equally effective in technical discussions and executive-level conversations Motivated by helping create products and solutions from scratch Curious, proactive, and willing to challenge conventional thinking Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time Show more Show less
