Title: Founding Engineer Location: New York City, NY Duration : Full-Time Number of Openings: 2 1 Mid-Level Role – 3–7 years of relevant experience 1 Senior-Level Role – 8–15 years of relevant experience Note: Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based applications to production is mandatory . Job Description: Client is building the autonomous workforce for healthcare supply chain. Candidate should have experience writing production code, and hands-on shipping role within the past 12 months. Production experience with LLMs/agents (not just prompting; orchestration, state, evals, failure handling). Comfortable in a small founding team environment reporting directly to the founder. Public artifacts of agent work: GitHub repos, blog posts, talks, OSS contributions to LangGraph, DSPy, Inspect, Anthropic SDK, etc. Preferred Vertical AI background (healthcare, legal, insurance, finance) with messy unstructured data.
