About the Role

About The Role Relos is seeking an AI Workflow Systems Developer to build intelligent systems for conversational workflows, automation, transcription, insight extraction, and operational intelligence. You will work on applied AI systems integrated directly into real operational environments. This role requires strong backend engineering capability along with practical understanding of modern AI tooling, orchestration systems, and LLM infrastructure. Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Build AI-powered workflows and backend systems Develop prompt orchestration and evaluation pipelines Integrate LLM infrastructure into operational platforms Improve AI response quality, latency, and reliability Build retrieval, embedding, and context management systems Maintain AI workflow monitoring and optimization systems Collaborate with engineering and product teams Support experimentation and AI system improvements Technologies Python, FastAPI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Vector Databases, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, RAG Pipelines Requirements Experience working with LLM APIs and AI systems Strong backend engineering capability Understanding of embeddings, retrieval systems, and vector databases Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and workflows Strong experimentation and analytical problem-solving mindset Experience building production AI systems preferred Show more Show less
